Returns & Exchange Policy

Timeframe

Our returns and exchange policy is valid for 7 days after you receive your purchase. Time flies in the pet cosmos!

Returns vs. Exchanges:

We don’t offer returns, but we’re all about exchanges. If you received a product and want to swap it, here’s the cosmic protocol:

  • The item must be in its original packaging, free from stains, odors, or damage.
  • Contact us via WhatsApp using this link within the 7-day window.
  • Share the product name you want to exchange and choose the replacement.
  • You won’t lose any value during the exchange, but the new product cannot be of lesser value. If it’s pricier, you’ll pay the difference upon receiving the exchange.
  • You’re responsible for the delivery cost on the exchange.

Damaged or Defective Products:

If you received a damaged or defective product, notify us within 7 days. We’ll send you an exchange for the same item. In this scenario, we cover the delivery fees—no cosmic charge!

Gifts:

Unfortunately, gifts can’t be exchanged. Because they’re gifts duh!
