We currently provide our products & services for Dogs and Cats

We do not have a physical location at the current time. All of our products & services are provided digitally through our website and customer support channels.

Our sales representatives are available to assist you from 8:00 a.m to 10:00 p.m (GMT+3) all days of the week.

We sell products from a wide range of brands such as ZippyPaws, Pets Republic, ProBiotic LIVE & more.

Yes, generally all of our pet toys are safe and non-toxic, any exceptions will be exclusively mentioned on the  product’s page.

All of our pet wear products will have a size chart or size descriptions thoroughly explained on their respective product pages. You can check them for reference and if you need any assistance, feel free to contact our sales representatives at any time!

Ordering and Payment:

You can either place your order directly on our website here, or you can always ask for our sales representative’s assistance and they can place your order for you as well. You can reach them through WhatsApp here.

We currently accept Cash On Delivery

For sure, shopping should be easy & convenient. If you ever need to cancel your order, kindly contact our sales representatives and send them your Order ID, they will be able to assist you in canceling your order.

You can find your Order ID in your e-mail inbox if you placed your order through our website, or it would be provided to you by our sales representatives if you placed your order through any other channel.

You should be able to apply your discount code in the Cart or Checkout pages.

We accept both USD or LBP (daily rate)

Shipping and Delivery:

We currently only provide our products & services locally in Lebanon.

We provide local express delivery for a flat rate of 3$ anywhere in Lebanon.

Any order above 100$ gets free delivery anywhere in Lebanon.

1-3 business days inside Beirut.
3-5 business days outside Beirut.

(This is a general estimate and could be affected by international holidays & exceptional circumstances)

You can track your order here or you can reach out to our sales representatives via WhatsApp & they will provide you with tracking updates for your order.

While we always do our best to ensure you have the smoothest experience, we understand that mistakes do happen. If you placed an order and it has taken longer then the delivery time mentioned in our Shipping & Delivery policy, then please contact our sales representatives via WhatsApp and let them know of the situation, they should be able to assist you whether by informing you of the reason for the delay, or to double check whether your order was received by our team or not. Either way, rest assured as we will make sure everything is all good.

Since it’s Cash on Delivery, you have the freedom to either pay in USD or in LBP (daily rate) when you receive your order.

Returns and Exchanges:

While we do not offer returns, you do have up to 7 days (from the date you receive your order) to ask for an exchange for any product you’re dissatisfied with. The product must be in its original packaging without any stain, odor or damage.

In such an event, you should speak directly with our sales representatives via WhatsApp and they should be able to assist you with your exchange.

P.N: You will be able to exchange the product for its exact same value and get other product(s)/service(s) in exchange.
There will be a delivery charge for the exchange, which should be payed by the customer.

When you receive your order, you have up to 7 days to try it & make sure everything is okay.
In the event where there’s a any damaged/incorrect product, kindly contact our sales representatives via WhatsApp and send them photos/proof of the damaged/incorrect product, in which case they will confirm and send you an exchange.

P.N: You will not pay another delivery charge for the exchange in any of these 2 scenarios.
